Small, happy bubbles with very fresh notes of green apple and pear. Charmat.

Ribula Spumante Brut, Conte d’Attimis Maniago, Italy 8.5
Ribolla Gialla & Pinot Bianco. Sparkler with a creamy mousse. Floral and dry. Spumante!

Blanquette de Limoux, Martinolles, FR 9.5
100% Mauzac. Racy! Nice mineral, apple, pear. Champenoise.

White:

Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, Stella, Italy (house) 7
Crisp and refreshing. Great taste. Great value.

Pinot Gris, Sawtooth, Idaho 9
Mineral-driven, fresh, and bright. Citrus, lighter body.

Vinho Verde, Ciconia, Portugal 8
A bit of sparkle, a touch of melon, a hint of tea. Spring perfect.
