In our tasting, we’ll roam the Roman world & embark on a wine journey through history. We’ll start with the founding of the Kingdom of Rome in Latium, meet with Claudius and (one of my faves – Livia!), followed by the expansion of the Empire under Trajan, the demise of the Empire under Romulus Augustulus, and finish with the perseverance of the Eastern Empire at Byzantium. All while enjoying savory curated bites along the way!
